Pray For Nina

Trinities Mommy Nina went in for a simple spay surgery and it has taken a turn for the worst. In the evening at home she managed to take her e-collar off and take her stitches out in the middle of the night. Lisa ran her to the vets first thing in the morning to get her stitched back up. The vet stitched her back up and assured her that everything was ok. They wanted to keep her for the weekend for observation, still assuring Lisa that all was fine. Poor Lisa got Nina back yesterday and everything is not fine. Nina has an open incision so big that you could fit a softball in it and the vets sent her home that way. I am praying from the bottom of my heart that Nina is ok, Lisa and Charlie I love you both and I wish you the best. I can't imagine the horrible feeling that has come over you and the feeling of helplessness. If there is anything I can do, I am only a phone call away. Please anyone that reads this message please pray for our baby girl Nina.

Trinities Ear Crop

Trinity is back from the vets and doing just wonderful. She acts as though nothing has happened. I took her home, thinking I would have the guard her with my life to keep the boys from playing with her, but the minute I put her down, they knew that something was wrong. They both just layed down beside her and looked at her ears. But before you know it she is ontop of Griffin chewing on his ear. So the task that I am having now is actually keeping her from playing with them, I thought it was going to be other way around...lol

They vet that cropped her ears is my cousin, his name is Dr. Robert Cope. He also cropped Griffins ears. He does a wonderful job! I have no doubts that hers with turn out as beautiful as Griffins. So all in all she is handling it wonderful and she gets her stitches out next thursday. Then we are on the home stretch. She is a tough little girl, this girl can handle most anything, even better than the boys....lol

*Kisses to Trinity from Mommy, Lisa, and Alex*

Trinities Vet Visit

Yesterday I took Trinity to meet our wonderful vet, Dr. Kerns. She was due for her 2nd. Booster. Dr. Kerns gave her a full check from head to toe. Little Trinity still has a bit of puppy acne and and small hernia, but no major problems at all. She's growing at a rapid pace, weighing in at 21 lbs. Trinity just loved Dr. Kerns, she didn't want to leave, everyone in the office just ewwwed and ahhhhed over her beauty. She even got to play with an orange kitty at the vets that looked just like her brother Cheeto. Overall she is a happy healthy little pup.

My Sweet Loving Husbands Birthday!!!

Today is my sweet loving husbands birthday. He turns 29 today!!! I am so thankful that god brought my wonderful husband Jason into this world. I love him dearly, he means the world to me. This day means so much to me because that's when a wonderful loving boy was brought into this world back in 1977.

And to my husband Jason, I love you more than words can say. There's never a day that goes by that I am not thankful that our hearts joined as one. You are the world to me! Thank you for everything that you have done for me and always being there for me. Thank you for putting up with me, when sometimes I can't hardly put up with myself. And hunny, Thank you for being my husband.

Trinity is home

Trinity is home. She is getting along wonderfully with Griffin, but her and Kane are taking a bit to warm up to each other. They are getting better slowly. Griffin and Trinity even sleep together at night. Its so adorable! We love our new little girl and we are so happy to have her a part of our family.

New Years

I couldn't of asked for a better start to the New Years. My brother Josh and I traveled to Maryland to meet two wonderful friends of mine that I met on the Downey Dane Group. Its amazing how many wonderful people you can meet just by having dogs. I have been talking to Lisa and Alex on the group for a long time and always wanted all of us to meet in person, and we finally did on New Years eve. Couldn't have spent it with with better people. It was sad though, Jason was planning on coming, but Griffin got sick and my brother and I ended up going. Then Jason ended up getting sick also. Poor hunny!! :-(

The other wonderful thing that happened, was that I also got to meet the new member to our family "Trinity". Lisa and Charlie brought her from Virginia and met us at Alex and John's house in Maryland. I was so happy to finally have little Trinity in my arms. She is such a wonderful pup. The boys get along great with her also. Couldn't have asked for a better New Years.

Christmas 2005

Griffin and Kane had a great time opening all of their presents. Even though the minute all of the toys were out of the packages, he ran around and tried to fit them all in his mouth and play with them all at once. Cheeto was even real excited about what he received from Santa for Christmas. All in all it was a wonderful unforgettable Christmas.
